2. Proof Required: To process a return or refund, proof of the mentioned issues is required. This may include clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, or any visible defects. Additionally, a brief description of the encountered issue will expedite the process.

He will ensure you are guided through the necessary steps and provide assistance in processing your return.
4. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item photographs, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed via mailed check directly to the address you provide.
